Venue Hire

Shifnal Cricket Club is the perfect place for private venue hire. Whether you’re hosting a meeting, planning a party or wanting to run a regular class, we can cater for your requirements. We offer ample parking, a fully-functioning kitchen, toilets with baby changing facilities and a well-stocked bar selling an array of beverages (additional costs for use of the bar apply).

Club Booking 

if you are a Member or Sponsor of Shifnal Cricket Club and wish to hold a cricket related meeting or match, please email shifnalcricketclub@gmail.com to discuss your event

Corporate Booking

Shifnal Cricket Club is the ideal place to hold meetings and training sessions and our facilities can be booked for a half or full day, in between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30, at the following rates:

Half Day - £80
Full Day - £140

Community Booking

Our Facilities are available to hire by anyone in our local community - whether it be for a private party or for a class for local people to attend. The hire charge is based on an hourly rate, that differs for off-peak periods in the week, and depends on whether you require the use of the Bar or not:

Terms & Conditions

• Minimum hire periods apply - 3hrs for Community bookings, half day for Corporate bookings
• Substantial time (minimum of 1hr) will be provided free of charge for event set up – additional time will be provided where possible, however this is at the discretion of the Cricket Club and dependent on other activities taking place
• Invoices will be sent to you two weeks before your event
• A booking will not be confirmed until full balance has been paid 
• A 48hr cancelation policy applies:
  • Over 48hrs notice = all monies returned
  • 24hr – 48hrs notice = 50% of booking
  • Less than 24hr notice = No refund
• 20% discount applies for Members (who have a valid Membership Card) and Sponsors
• Full T&Cs and a Letting Hire Agreement will be shared before any bookings are finalised 
• SCC reserves the right to review hire charges at any point (this will not impact any confirmed upcoming bookings)
